The Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged three impaired drivers in the Town of Huntsville.
On August 20th, 2025, at 7:40 p.m. Huntsville OPP officers responded to the report of a single motor vehicle collision on Etwell Road, in Huntsville. Officers arrested and charged a 35-year-old of Huntsville with Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on September 16th, 2025.
On August 27th, 2025, at 12:26 a.m. Huntsville OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle on Highway 11 Southbound in Huntsville, ON. Police located the motor vehicle and a 35-year-old driver of Huntsville was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired – alcohol and Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 7th, 2025.
On August 29th, 2025, at 7:40 p.m. Huntsville OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint regarding an impaired driver. Police located the motor vehicle at a business on Howland Drive in Huntsville. The driver, a 55-year-old of Niagara Falls, ON, was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 7, 2025.
