South Bruce OPP have charged a driver after finding a vehicle parked with no lights on in a live lane of traffic in the middle of the night.
Police say on Sunday at about 4:15 in the morning, they were called about the stopped vehicle on Bruce Road 4, in the Municipality of South Bruce.
Officers say after talking with the driver, they detected signs of impairment, arrested the driver and took them for testing.
A 34 year old Wingham man is charged with operation while impaired.
