The 37th McDonald’s Owen Sound Salmon Spectacular is underway.
Thousands of anglers take part in the fishing derby in the waters of Georgian Bay each year. The event officially begun at 12:01 a.m. this morning.
The weigh station at Georgian Shores Marina opens for the first time at 10 a.m.
The Owen Sound Salmon Spectacular runs until Sunday, August 31.
