Huronia West OPP have charged a 41 year old Keswick resident who operates a local business with several charges after a traffic stop.
Just after 7pm yesterday officers stopped a vehicle transporting fuel in Wasaga Beach. Turned out the fuel containers were neither capped or properly secured posing a significant safety risk. That coupled with vehicle licensing infractions resulted in a total of 5 charges under the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act and the Highway Traffic Act.
