The Owen Sound Senior B North Stars open their playoff series against Brooklin Merchants Friday night.
The North Stars will travel to Whitby to face the Merchants in Game 1 of the best-of-five series at 8 p.m. tonight at Iroquois Park Sports Centre.
The series shifts for Game 2 on Sunday, when the North Stars will host the Merchants at the Meaford & St. Vincent Community Centre at 6 p.m.
The North Stars (7-9) enter the playoffs as the No. 4 seed, while the Merchants (14-2) were the top team in Ontario Series Lacrosse this season. But, Owen Sound did hand Brooklin one of its two losses.
