Council approved issuing a statement of concurrence for the installation of a new tower at 65310 4 Sideroad during its meeting on Monday.
While Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has final approval, the municipality can issue a statement supporting the project.
Municipal staff identified no concerns with the 45 metre tower proposed by Xplore Inc.
