Grey Bruce OPP says a third person is facing charges in a stolen property investigation.
Police say an investigation was launched earlier this month following several reports of break and enters and property being stolen across Grey and Dufferin Counties.
On July 15, a stolen Ford F650 U-Haul truck was found in Melancthon Township.
Then on July 16, police arrested two people in Southgate Township following a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Police say a search of the vehicle revealed tools and items linked to a break and enter in Meaford as well as break in instruments.
Later that day, a stolen 18-foot flatbed trailer was seized from a property in Melancthon Township.
On July 17, police arrested a third person in relation to the investigation.
A 49-year-old Fergus man is facing two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, three counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and possession of break in instruments.
He is set to appear in court in Owen Sound next month.
