Saugeen Shores Police ticketed a driver after they allegedly fled from a police stop.
On Thursday, July 10th just after 9:30 p.m. Saugeen Shores Police took a report of people shooting firecrackers out of a moving vehicle.
Police say they located the vehicle with several people in it, in the area of Tomlinson Drive and activated their cruiser emergency lights.
They say the vehicle fled from police, but officers found it again and initiated another traffic stop.
They have charged an 18-year-old from Wingham with failing to stop for police and driving while under suspension.
