You may notice some roadside work going on throughout Georgian Bluffs over the next 10 days.
A township advisory says a contractor will be undertaking “vegetation management” to help control harmful weeds such as wild chervil, poison ivy and giant hogweed.
The work is expected to begin today and continue until Friday, July 18.
The township is also putting a call out to anyone who knows where noxious weeds are present to have them added to next year’s control program.
