Barrie Police officers on patrol last night (July 6th) in the city’s downtown ended up charging a 22 year old with 14 various firearms and drug offences.
The accused was arguing with a female when officers approached – and those officers noticed something concealed on the man…it turned out to be a fully loaded semi-automatic handgun.
Additionally, drug trafficking paraphernalia and various drugs including fentanyl and crack were discovered within his clothing.
The man is of no fixed address – other than Barrie Police HQ where he was held for bail.
