Receive Planning Application Notices by Email Amid Postal Disruptions

In response to ongoing postal disruptions, the Township of Lake of Bays Planning Department now offers the delivery of planning application notices directly by email. This ensures residents remain informed about local planning and development, even when mail delivery is delayed or unavailable.

Planning notices alert residents to proposed changes, applications, or decisions that could impact the community. Receiving these updates allows residents to stay involved and provide input on matters affecting their neighbourhoods. These notices may include updates on zoning changes, upcoming public hearings, submitted applications for new developments and more.
