The National Ride of Hope will pass through Collingwood this weekend between Saturday and Sunday.
OPP is providing a vehicle escort for the Ride – It’s the 45th anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope and Terry’s brother Darrell is part of the team making the trek.
There are no planned road closures…OPP just ask residents and visitors to drive safely and watch for pedestrians and cyclists.
The proceeds from the Ride go straight to cancer research in Canada.
