People who consumed food and or drinks from a Barrie Tim Horton’s are being warned of possible Hepatitis A exposure.
The Tim Horton’s at 181 Livingstone Street East in Barrie has been identified by the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit as a threat for HepA.
From May 17th through June 3 consumers may have been exposed and should monitor for symptoms which can start 15 to 50 days after. Additionally anyone who consumed food at the location is recommended to to get a Hepatitis A vaccine as it can prevent the disease post exposure.
