Grey Bruce OPP say an 18-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula is dead following a collision early this morning.
Around 3:06 a.m., officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Spring Creek Road in Hepworth.
One person was transported to hospital, where police say they later succumbed to their injuries.
Police say another person involved in the collision sustained serious injures and remains in hospital.
OPP in on scene and continues its investigation.
Spring Creek Road remains closed between Legion Road and Allenford Road. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
