Residents of Orillia are invited to share their feedback and suggestions about the local food system by the city and the Sharing Place Food Centre.
The Orillia Food Access and Sustainability Working Group will hold an event next Thursday June 12th from 5:30 to 7:30pm. It takes place at the Simcoe County Hub Program Room at 250 West Street North.
Organizers will provide a presentation explaining what a food system is and the history of Orillia’s food system. They will also discuss how a food strategy could benefit Orillia and the surrounding area.
