A Barrie man is among 36 people, arrested and charged in a massive child exploitation investigation.
Twenty-one police services worked together to lay a total of 128 criminal charges.
All of the accused are male ranging in age from 18-73.
The Provincial Strategy to Protect Children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the Internet investigation took from March 31 to April 11, 2025. Investigators went undercover to arrest those looking to exploit children.
The accused from Barrie is 55 years old and will be in a Barrie courtroom June 10th.
