The City of Owen Sound is starting its sanitary sewer inspection project this week.
Starting Monday, the about three week long project will focus on the area east of Sydenham River near the downtown area.
The city has brought on Rapid Assessment Technology Services Inc. to conduct the work in inspecting the condition of sanitary sewer mains.
This work will allow city staff to identify potential issues like blockages, structural weaknesses, and other maintenance needs.
While the work is ongoing, there will be no disruption to sewer or water services as well as minimal traffic disruptions.
