You know what they say – one person’s garbage is another person’s treasure – and the city of Orillia is embracing that with another year of the Orillia Treasure Hunt.
Starting this Saturday (May 17th) the program will run on third Saturday of the month until October.
In the name of re-use and recycle – large household items that are unwanted, but still useful can be placed at the curb after 5pm on the Friday night before. Anything not treasure hunted needs to be removed by the Sunday at 11 – failure to do so will result in a fine.
