South Bruce OPP say they arrested a Huron-Kinloss man twice in 24 hours on the weekend.
OPP say at about 6:30 Saturday evening (May 10) they were called about a disturbance along Havelock Street in Lucknow.
OPP allege a man brandished an edged weapon after a dispute over property.
He was arrested, held for a bail hearing and released.
At 3:30 the next afternoon, South Bruce OPP received a report of an assault at a residence on Havelock Street.
OPP say the same man allegedly assaulted another person. He was arrested again.
The 59 year old Huron Kinloss man is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and assault causing bodily harm.
