A fire at the Innisfil Recreational Complex saw the building safely evacuated, with the blaze extinguished quickly. There were no injuries.
It happened this afternoon around 1:30.
The Innisfil Recreational Complex, which also houses the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka, will remain closed until a full safety assessment is completed. All registered and drop-in programs scheduled for May 12 have been cancelled.
