Charges have been laid, after damage to a bench near Goderich’s downtown.
Huron OPP say they were contacted regarding damage to a seating bench on Kingston Street.
The suspect was identified and arrested shortly after, police say.
A 42 year old man of no fixed address has been charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
