Durham’s Alex McGillivray scored twice and finished with four points to help pace the Hanover Barons to a 7-4 win over the Orillia Terriers in Game 3 of the Provincial Junior Hockey League North Conference final Monday evening at the P&H Centre.
Ryan Colquhoun, Kyle Maloney, Aaron Dukeshire and Mark McIntosh also scored for Hanover, which scored three times in the second period to take a 5-3 lead and took the game home from there.
Dylan Palomaki had a pair for the Terriers, while Hutton Burgess and Jordan Fuller also scored.
The Barons now lead the best of seven series 2-1.
Game 4 goes Wednesday night in Orillia.
