Six lab-confirmed cases of measles have now been identified in Huron and Perth counties.
Huron Perth Public Health made the update Thursday, following the announcement of a single case in late February.
Health officials say more cases are pending lab results, and are all linked to the ongoing outbreak in the Southwestern Public Health and Grand Erie Public Health regions.
Huron and Perth counties are now considered areas of concern for measles, HPPH says.
Health officials strongly recommend residents are up to date with measles vaccinations.
