Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for all of Grey Bruce.
Rainfall, and possible thunderstorms this afternoon are expected to change to rapidly falling temperatures, strong winds, snow and blowing snow tonight into Thursday.
Things could get icy and slippery tonight– on top of that, 5 to 10 cm of snow is expected tonight and reduced visibility with wind gusts up to 80 km/h.
Environment Canada says travel may become hazardous beginning Thursday morning.
Blowing snow is expected to continue through Thursday.
