West Grey is awarding a $1.9 million contract to replace a bridge in Glenelg.
Council approved awarding the contract to W.G. Kelly Construction to replace the structure during its meeting on Feb. 18.
This comes after a tender was issued in fall of last year and a cost estimate was determined through 2025 budget deliberations.
W.G. Kelly Construction submitted the lowest bid among the eight received, which falls within the budgeted $2.1 million for the project.
