South Bruce OPP say an Arran-Elderslie man is facing charges after assaulting police.
Police say on Feb. 13 around 7:50 p.m., officers received a report of a disturbance at an address along 1st Avenue South in Chesley.
When police arrived on the scene, the man became aggressive with the officers and was placed under arrest.
No injuries were reported and the 35-year-old accused was charged with assaulting police and obstructing a peace officer.
They are set to appear in court in Walkerton next month.
