OPP say the same person was charged twice in one day, for incidents in Goderich.
Police were called to the Goderich hospital to reports someone was causing a disturbance on hospital property.
Reports say a 58 year old man of no fixed address was charged for:
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Causing a Disturbance
- Indecent Act – Public Place
Later the same day, OPP say they were called to a retail business on Huron Road regarding an individual causing mischief in the business.
The accused was located near the store and arrested, and identified as the same person from earlier in the day, and charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000
The accused is scheduled to appear in Goderich court to answer to the charges March 10th.
