A new collaboration between RVH and four local hospices will enhance and streamline the flow of information between facilities.
The four hospices are located in Collingwood, Port Carling, Penetanguishene, and Barrie.
Medical records will be electronically integrated with RVH’s medical record system. One of the advantages is a patient will no longer have to repeatedly share their medical history creating a more compassionate and cohesive healthcare experience.
