South Bruce OPP say an Arran-Elderslie man is facing charges after fleeing from police.
Police say on Feb. 2 around 1:29 a.m., an officer on patrol along Concession 4 Arran stopped to check a vehicle, which proceeded to flee from police.
Police were able to later locate the vehicle and identify the driver.
The 50-year-old accused has been charged with fleeing from a peace officer and driving while under suspension.
The accused is set to appear in court in Walkerton next month.
