Hanover police have arrested a man following complaints of someone lurking and stealing from properties.
Police Chief Christopher Knoll posted on X on Sunday that officers received overnight complaints about a man lurking in backyards and stealing items from backyard decks in the 400 block of 12th Avenue and 400 block of 11th Street.
The 26-year-old accused from Hanover remains in custody on charges of theft and trespassing at night.
