Collingwood is going to do a bit more studying on a proposed downtown arts centre.
Council received a consultants report earlier this month, which had two options.
A self-contained building on Pine Street, or a combination of two buildings on Pine and Hurontario Streets connected by an elevated walkway. Council has now voted to spend another $40 thousand on top of $250-thousand already spent, to carry out more detailed cost estimates.
Three members voted against spending the money, saying enough studies have been done and a decision should made.
