Bruce Telecom is announcing an expansion of its service availability into Durham.
Fibre optic service is expanding into neighbouring communities, and Chief Executive Officer Ray Lahoud says they’re delighted to give more people access to faster and reliable internet.
Construction will start this month, starting with the installation of trenches and conduit in order to bring services to Durham residents.
The company’s Fibre to the Home service is considered the most advanced technology, according to a news release.
They continue to explain that unlike regular cables, fibre optics use light to transmit information, making it a faster, stronger, and more reliable service.
