EarlyON is planning on making the Paisley Community Centre Hall its new home.
Starting Aug. 8, EarlyON Paisley will be operating out of the downtown location after moving from the Paisley Central School to accommodate the growing number of students.
County CAO Christine MacDonald says, “the school community is growing, and there was opportunity for EarlyON to partner with Arran-Elderslie to move into the Paisley Community Centre, which is an excellent opportunity for a hub of services starting to establish there.”
In addition to the Mary Cumming Park located nearby, having a larger space, and being able to enjoy the Saugeen River, MacDonald says the newly refreshed Bruce County Library branch will soon open at the community centre.
Director of Human Services Tina Metcalfe adds, “Bruce County’s EarlyON Child and Family Centres provide high quality, free programs for children newborn to age six and their families where they can learn, grow, receive support, meet new people, and connect – together. Programs offered at this new location will include Adventures in Play, Active Explorers, Little Explorer Ramp and Roll, Little Counters, and more.”
