Organizers say the 13th annual Golf Classic hosted by the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation at the South Muskoka Curling and Golf Club was a great success.
This annual event, held for the second year at the South Muskoka Curling and Golf Club and sponsored by Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC and Subaru of Muskoka, raised $63,000!
The event plays a crucial role in the foundation’s fundraising efforts each year. The proceeds from the tournament will support the immediate needs for Emergency Care at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital.
“This is a day we look forward to every year,” says SMHF Development Officer Kathryn Devlin, “it’s not only an important opportunity to raise urgently needed funds for the hospital, but to thank our supporters, connect with our community and have some fun.”
