Collingwood OPP say they are investigating a fatal single vehicle collision in the Town of the Blue Mountains.
Police say on April 26 around 10:22 p.m., officers and emergency crews responded to the collision on Grey Road 19 south of the 6th Line.
The vehicle was located in the ditch and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and police ask if anyone has any information related to this incident or video footage to call 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
