Just ahead of Earth Day — a beach clean-up has been scheduled for the Goderich shoreline.
The Lake Huron Coastal Centre is hosting a beach clean-up Saturday, April 20th, coinciding with International Earth Day two days later.
More than 600 pounds of litter was cleaned from the Goderich shoreline in 2023, with 180 volunteers taking part.
The clean-up will be followed by a barbecue for volunteers.
It runs April 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday at St. Christopher’s Beach, in Goderich.
