High school students in Exeter will be making a presentation to local conservationists.
Students from South Huron District High School’s Eco Exeter are presenting Thursday at Ausable Bayfield Conservation’s Partner Appreciation Evening.
The topic of the presentation is “Away from pollution, towards solutions: Keeping plastics and other contaminants out of our water.”
Throughout 2024, Eco Exeter has promoted environmentally friendly items for every day use, including an event at Exeter’s White Squirrel Bakery, where patrons were treated to a free beverage for bringing a reusable travel mug.
Thursday’s event will also see the ABCA name the 2024 Conservationist of the Year.
