A 38-year-old Collingwood driver who police say blew over five times the legal limit faces impaired driving charges after a collision.
It happened Sunday and involved two vehicles.
The accused also failed to surrender his license and insurance to the police.
He’ll appear in Collingwood court on March 19th.
