Southern Georgian Bay OPP has charged one person following a theft investigation at a Midland convenience store.
The store clerk called police when the person, who was the suspect in an incident at the store a few days before, returned to the business on Midland Avenue.
Police arrested the 21-year-old nearby and charged him with theft under $5,000.
He was held for a bail hearing and will make a court appearance at a later date.
