The OPP say a fingerprint helped lead to the arrest of a suspect in a shed break-and-enter in Grey Highlands.
The break-in occurred last fall. Provincial Police were called to a seasonal property on Grey Road 12 in Grey Highlands on Oct. 13, 2023.
According to the OPP, several items were stolen.
A Scenes of Crime Officer processed the scene for fingerprints and was able to lift an impression, which was submitted to the Forensic Identification Services for evaluation.
Grey Bruce OPP say a 20-year-old West Grey man was charged with break and enter as a result.
A stolen Yamaha ATV has been recovered. But police say a toolbox, skeet shooter and some other items that were taken are still outstanding.
