A respiratory outbreak at the Seaforth Community Hospital is now over.
An outbreak of influenza and COVID-19 was declared at the hospital’s Inpatient Unit on December 18th.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) says the outbreak refers to two cases of acute respiratory infection within 48 hours within the same unit.
The Inpatient Unit has been reopened to admissions and transfers.
