Candidates for a vacant seat on Goderich council will be meeting with elected officials.
A special council meeting is running Monday, for those who applied to fill a role vacant since mid-August.
Late Mayor Myles Murdock was in his first term as Mayor when his death was announced this summer, and his role was filled by then-Deputy Mayor Trevor Bazinet.
Elected officials appointed then-Councillor Leah Noel to the Deputy position, leaving a seat on council vacant.
Eleven applicants are scheduled to appear in front of elected officials Monday.
