Applications are now open for the county of Simcoe’s new affordable housing building in Orillia.
The complex is in the final stages of construction on West street, and will have 130 affordable apartments of various sizes from studio to three bedroom.
It will also house onsite offices for support services and community agencies and have a child care center.
You can apply thru the county of Simcoe website, or via the county’s customer service line.
