The Meaford Knights lost a close one on home ice.
Arvid Malm and Blake Anderson scored just over two minutes apart midway through the third period as the Bradford Rattlers downed the Knights 2-1 in Greater Metro Junior Hockey League action Thursday night at the Meaford & St. Vincent Community Centre.
Blayze Siebert scored the lone goal for Meaford (2-4).
The Knights and Rattlers (8-2) will go at it again this weekend. Sunday evening, Meaford visits Bradford.
