South Bruce OPP are investigating a serious crash between a pickup truck and a cyclist.
Police say on Tuesday, October 3rd, at 5:50 a.m., they received a report of a collision near the intersection of Bruce County Road 28 and Concession 4 in Carrick Township, south of Mildmay, not far from Saugeen Conservation Area.
Officers responded with Bruce County Emergency Medical Services.
The cyclist was airlifted to a London hospital for treatment of serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the pick-up truck driver reported no injuries at the scene.
Bruce County Road 28 was closed at the scene of the crash or the protection of emergency responders. The road has since re-opened to traffic.
