The Salvation Army has kicked off their 2023 winter coat drive, in Goderich, Clinton, and Seaforth.
Community and Family Services Supervisor, Kendall Strome, says the Sally Ann is looking for new or gently used winter jackets for those in need.
“No holes, and the zippers are usable,” Strome tells Country 104.9 News.
“Any sizes — children, babies, anywhere up to as large as we can get.”
Strome says coat donations can be dropped off at several locations.
“Huron County libraries in Goderich and Clinton… or at the church or thrift store, at the Salvation Army [in Goderich].”
Those in need of coats can contact the Salvation Army, on Suncoast Drive East, in Goderich.
Coats will be given out in October.
