A Huron-Kinloss man faces charges including aggravated assault following a collision with a pedestrian in Orillia.
Police say, on August 10th, shortly after 10:30 p.m., Orillia OPP officers were called to Mary Street in the City of Orillia for a collision.
OPP say a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle, which then fled the scene.
Police say one person was transported to a local trauma centre with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
OPP say the suspect vehicle was recovered by officers on August 14th, abandoned in Orillia.
A 30 year old Huron-Kinloss Township man is charged with aggravated assault, dangerous operation causing bodily harm, failing to stop at an accident causing bodily harm, and failing to comply with a probation order.
