Orillia OPP is investigating a collision that happened on Highway 11 near Line 6.
Police were called to the single-vehicle collision where a vehicle hit a hydro pole, which caused the wires to fall onto the roadway and the vehicle to catch fire.
The collision happened at around 7:45 yesterday evening.
One occupant of the vehicle was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A 41-year-old from Belleville is charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm, and dangerous operation.
