Organizers of a free food pantry in Goderich say they have experienced their “worst case of vandalism.”
Officials with the Goderich Free Little Pantry say the door was ripped off their pantry at the Goderich Library sometime overnight Sunday or early Monday.
In a social media post, the group says, “The library pantry door has been ripped off and stolen, the shelf inside destroyed, and every item that was in the pantry was ripped open, stomped on, and thrown across the road.”
They say Huron OPP have been notified, but anyone with details on the vandalism is asked to contact the police non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122.
