As of Aug. 12, the COLLTRANS Crosstown Route will operate exclusively using the on-demand transit model.
This means that rides must be scheduled in advance, using the app, website, or phone number.
You can book your ride up to 7 days, or as little as 30 minutes in advance.
Instead of the bus traveling a predetermined route at fixed times, on demand transit routes the bus according to when and where riders need to go.
